A leader with more than 20 years of experience in the accounting industry, which she gained by managing the accounting of multinational corporations and recruiting and managing teams of dozens of people.
She co-founded SuperKsięgowa S.A. and CashDirector S.A. and was responsible for the implementation of the mOrganizer service at mBank. She built OSCBR, one of the largest accounting networks.
For 6 years, she acted as Managing Director of Ogólnopolska Sieć Certyfikowanych Biur Rachunkowych (OSCBR), where she was responsible for operational oversight, cooperation with strategic partners and dynamic growth of the network. Currently, the network associates more than 3,000 accounting offices across the country.
She is the originator and author of innovative educational programs such as Ogólnopolskie Cyfrowe Rewolucje Księgowe and “Bądź gotowy na KSeF” under the honorary patronage of the Ministry of Finance. Her passion is to constantly strive to raise standards and innovation in the accounting industry.
Mentor at the Sieć Przedsiębiorczych Kobiet, Member of Rada Programowa in Wyższa Szkoła Przedsiębiorczości i Administracji, Independent Licensed Coach and Motivational Speaker of the John Maxwell Team, EMCC certified mentor and business coach. She has worked with the Municipal and Regional Employment Offices in Krakow and Warsaw, as well as Idea Bank, providing training for future entrepreneurs.
For 10 years she worked as an accountant in accounting offices where she was responsible for the complex tax settlement of clients.
Since 2016, he has been conducting substantive training for accountants and soft skills training for sellers and executives.
In addition to training, she actively provides substantive support to sales teams in the customer acquisition process
She provides consultations to clients in individual meetings and has helped more than 2,000 entrepreneurs establish their businesses, including commercial companies.
For the past 6 years, she has used her knowledge as an expert for tax articles in the business press and social media publications.
Katarzyna Kosicka-Polak
Legal counsel
Legal counsel, co-founder and partner of Kancelaria MKZ Partnerzy since 2008.
She specializes in serving large, medium and small businesses. She is a licensed compliance officer and also comprehensively handles M&A projects. She is an expert in administrative procedure regulations, including construction and zoning law, as well as media and advertising law.
She leads a team that will provide comprehensive services to any business – from specialists in labor law and tax law to commercial law, business law, civil law and financial recovery.
Graduate of the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Law and Administration in Warsaw and Université Panthéon-Assas Paris II, Faculty of Law (2003). She graduated from the French Law School, Postgraduate Study of Intellectual Property Law at the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Law and Administration, and DESS (droit des affaires) at Université de Poitiers.
