Completion of registration after entry in the National Court Register (KRS) – free of charge

Many companies, after obtaining an entry in the National Court Register, do not realize that it is necessary to complete additional formalities. Neglecting these obligations can result in penalties or legal complications.


Scope of service:

Form NIP-8 (filing)  –Registration of the company's registered address, bank accounts, accounting office and shareholders. Requires submission within 21 days of entry in the National Court Register.
Form NIP-8 (update) – For changes, such as new bank accounts, change of shareholders, addition or deletion of addresses, each update must be filed within 7 days.
PCC-3 Declaration – Submitted to the tax office within 14 days of entering into a partnership agreement.
VAT-R – VAT registration, if the company wants to be an active VAT taxpayer, necessary before the first sale.
ZUS ZPA –Submission of the company as a payer of contributions if it plans to hire employees.
Reduced 9% CIT – We will check whether the company meets the requirements to benefit from the preferential rate.
